Registration and Immunizations
If you have a child who will be entering kindergarten in the fall, or if you are new to the area and need to register your child for school, welcome! Here you’ll find information about our registration procedure and immunization requirements. For more information about the school your child will be attending, please visit our school pages.
Seligman School District has an open enrollment policy. In order to officially register your child(ren) for school and make efficient use of your time, please note the paperwork that we require. When you come to register, bring those completed forms along with:
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
For admission to kindergarten, children must be five (5) years of age prior to September 1 of the current school year.
Immunizations help keep children healthy and safe. To attend a public school in Arizona, a proof of immunizations is required for each student. Seligman School District requires a copy of each child’s immunization records be kept on file during the time of enrollment in our schools.
