Dear Parent(s),
As we approach the final stages of 3rd grade, our focus is now on the AASA exit exam schedule for April 2023. This is a state exam with a move on when ready component for 3rd graders. To ensure our students are adequately prepared for this exam we have put in place the following intervention programs:
- 1)One-hour extra support in reading, writing, and mathematics throughout the school day. (Tue & Wed 1:30 – 2:30)
- 2)One-hour extra support in reading, writing, and mathematics after school. (Mon – Thur. 3:45 – 4:45)
- 3)Homework support club with Mrs. Robison (Mon – Thur. 3:45 – 4:45).
Please note: Selected students will be recommended to participate in these programs. If your child wasn’t recommended and you want him/her to participate please let us know.
