On October 5th, our 3rd and 4th grade students and their teachers, Ms. Lawson and Miss Haly, attended the Prescott Water Festival. They got to enjoy a day of water education and exploration! Community and sponsor volunteers led activities to teach students about watersheds, groundwater, the water cycle, and water conservation technology. It was a fun day of water learning!

Congratulations to our middle school soccer team, they defeated the Williams vikings on Saturday -2-1 great game ANTELOPES and Lost to Ash Fork.

The deadline for Immunizations is coming up. Thursday, the 28th, will be the last day to turn in Immunization reports for your student before the deadline. Notices were sent home on September 5th. If you have made a Doctor/Clinic appointment, please let us know. As you know, according to Arizona State Law , Students must have proof of all required immunizations, or a valid exemption in order to attend school. Lack of proper documentation may result in your child being excluded from school until such documentation is provided in your School Health office.

Field Trip
On September 21, 2023 nine (9) seniors, eighteen (18) juniors and 3 members of staff visited Grand Canyon University on a field trip. The university provided transportation and lunch for students and staff Mrs. Campbell, Ms. Lisa Cook and Mr. Collin Burrell. The students were excited and appreciative of the warm welcome and hospitality. The purpose of the trip was to provide the students with an opportunity to visit a tertiary institution and learn about the offerings of the institution. Students toured the campus and viewed a model dorm. Our students had the opportunity to interview current students enrolled at the university and also worked on creating their own resume. As we toured the sports facilities the students were mesmerized to see how equipped and well maintained the facility is. Mrs.Jen Ashley from GCU will be working with a number of our students to guide them in finding their purpose and keeping them on track to enroll in their area of specialty. Her first on campus visit is scheduled for October 3, 2023. Students will have the opportunity to meet with her individually.

Our antelope soccer team is on a roll...they defeated PARKS 5-0 AWESOME and tied 2-2 with GCanyon.
On Saturday,Sept 30th the ANTELOPES host the soccer games-
First game Seligman vs Ash Fork-8am-There will be 6 games on Saturday. Come support the ANTELOPES!!
This is our last season of games, before the FINAL tournament on Oct 7th, in Ash Fork
